How do I create an account?
Open Cuisy and follow the account setup screens. Use one of the sign-in options available on your device.
Can I use Cuisy without Premium?
Yes. The free plan includes your recipe library, manual fridge tracking, shopping lists, Cook Mode, and 3 video imports per month. Saved essentials work offline; imports and AI features need an internet connection. Compare Free and Premium.
What does Premium add?
Premium adds optional cloud sync for use across devices, a higher video import allowance, PDF cookbook search, camera ingredient scans, and AI recipe ideas. Current pricing and availability are shown in the app.
Are my uploaded PDF cookbooks private?
Your cookbook library is scoped to your account. Other users cannot browse or search your uploaded books. Processing may involve service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Why did my recipe import fail?
An unsupported link, low-quality source image, temporary network issue, or usage limit can interrupt an import. Check your connection and allowance, then try again. If it keeps happening, email us with the source link and any error message.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
You can start account deletion in the app. Current versions deactivate the account immediately and permanently delete Cuisy backend account records after 30 days unless you restore it. If you cannot access the app, or need to request your data, email tolga@getcuisy.com from your registered address. Read the full deletion instructions for version differences and retention details.
